This form is used to manage Leave Management work flow. Here
employees can access the system to punch in the leave application. Company can
restrict this function to HoD or HR Manager too.
Click on Control >> User
Management (Alt + C + L + Enter) to open Leave Allocation form.
Add
Leave Allotment:
- Click on New button (Alt + N) to add new application.
- Select the Employee Name/Id from the list.
- Select the Leave Type from drop down list.
- Select Transaction Date from calendar.
- Enter number of leaves.
- Click on Add (Alt + A) button to save that entry.
Edit
Leave Allotment:
- Select Leave Register Id from Leave Allotment list, below
the control
panel. - Click on Edit button (Alt + E) to edit selected entry.
- You can here edit Employee Name, Leave Type, Transaction
Date, No. of Leaves.
- Click on Save button (Alt + S) to save edited information.
Delete
Leave Allotment:
- Select Leave Register Id from Leave Allotment list, below
the control panel.
- Click on Delete button (Alt + D) to delete selected Leave
Allotted.
Adding new entry can be aborted by clicking on Cancel (Alt + C) button. Click on Refresh (Alt + R) button to reload the entries from database onto form. You can export master data to Excel sheet using the Export (Alt + X) button.
