Autoshift Master

Through this form you can add and delete Autoshifts and update its details as per requirement.

Shifts are first set through Shift Master, which are here again used to set autoshifts. As in shift master you can attach Shift Pattern to the Employee to reduce the work load and automate shift scheduling. This can be used when the Shift Pattern is determinable. But when it is not possible to predict which employee is expected in which shift, you have to assign Autoshift for certain cases.

User of the System is not expected to enter shift on daily basis, rather he / she looks up to the system to assist him / her in this. For that purpose you need to detect shift automatically using Autoshift Master.

Here Autoshift Id is unique key to identify the Autoshift. Its existence is due to software performance reasons. This is primary key of the master. Autoshift Name field exists for administrative purposes. For formatting reasons of reports, it is recommended that Autoshift name should be as small as possible.
