Procedure of Report Generation


Log in by selecting role HoD or HRM >>
Click on Reports >> General (Alt + R + G) or
Click on Reports >> Daily (Alt + R + D) or
Click on Reports >> Weekly (Alt + R + W) or
Click on Reports >> Monthly (Alt + R + M) to open the form.

Filter Data


  1. Select employee(s) by clicking one of the radio button of filter as Department or Employee.

  2. Click on the check boxes of Departments or Employees, for which you want to generate reports. 

  3. If you want to generate reports for general time period, then select the date from calendar. If you have selected reports for daily, weekly or monthly basis, it automatically sets the required time period.




Generate Reports

1. Select employee(s) and time period by using data filter as explained above.

2. Click on the field shown in both the accompanied diagrams to generate report as per your requirement.

3. Click on button Export to Excel to export generated report to Excel sheet.



Generate Cross Tab Reports

1. Select department(s) and time period by using data filter as explained above. (Only departments are selected to generate cross tab reports.)

2. Click on the field shown in the accompanied diagram to generate report as per your requirement.

3. Click on button Export to Excel to export generated report to Excel sheet.





Reports are generated in following format. You can click on any field name to sort it out.
e.g. By clicking on field Employee Name, you will be able to view report alphabetically. By clicking on department, it will be sorted out department wise, so date wise, shift wise etc. too.
