Procedure of Manual Time Event Entry


Log in by selecting role HoD or HRM >> Click on Transactions >> Manual Time Event Entry (Alt + T + M) to open the form.

Filter Data

  1. Select the employee by clicking one of the radio button of filter as Department, Employee List or Employee.

  2. Click on the check boxes of Departments, Employee Lists or Employees, for which you want to load plan.

  3. Select the date from calendar or type it in the info filter to load a plan for specific period of a time.

  4. Click on Show (Alt + O) to display filtered data.

Select Employee(s) for Manual Time Event Entry

    (Refer following diagram)

  1. Select the employee by clicking on respective Employee Id.

  2. To select multiple employees click on the check box assigned for 'Edit Multiple Records at the same Time'.

  3. Select multiple employees by clicking in the check boxes of respective employee.



Manual Time Event Entry

1. Set Leave

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.

  2. Click on 'Select' button from 'Configure' in front of 'Leave' to set leaves. Attached window appears (-->).

  3. Select leave from Select List which you want to set.

  4. Click on Update (Alt + U) button from configure.

  5. Setting up leave can be aborted by clicking on Cancel (Alt + C) button.

2. Set Shift

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.

  2. Click on 'Select' button from 'Configure' in front of 'Shift' to set shift. Attached window appears.

  3. Select shift from Select List which you want to set.

  4. Click on Update (Alt + U) button from configure.

  5. Setting up shift can be aborted by clicking on Cancel (Alt + C) button.

3. Add Manual Time Events

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Enter In time and Out time as marked blue in accompanied window (-->).
  3. Select option In, Out or InOut from drop down list showing 'None' in image.
  4. Click on button 'Add the above TimeEvent (Alt + A)'.
  5. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect.

4. Delete Manual Time Events

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Click on button 'Delete Manual TimeEvents (Alt + M)'.
  3. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect.

5. Regularize In Time

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Click on button 'Regularize In Time (Alt + I)'.
  3. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect. The scheduled time appears on the screen as marked red in attached window (-->).

6. Regularize Out Time

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Click on button 'Regularize Out Time (Alt + O)'.
  3. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect. The scheduled time appears on the screen as marked red in attached above window.

7. Regularize In / Out Timings

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Click on button 'Regularize In and Out Time (Alt + R)'.
  3. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect. The scheduled time appears on the screen as marked red in attached above window.

8. Save Remarks

  1. Select employee(s) using filter and as explained above.
  2. Add the remark made to that employee in the description box given (as shown in the picture attached -->).
  3. Click on button Save (Alt + S).
  4. Click on button 'ReEvaluate TimeEvents (Alt + E)' so as to come this change into effect.
